Why has my expense claim been declined?

There are a number of possible reasons we might have to decline an expense claim:

  • It wasn’t an allowable expense – in other words, it didn’t meet our expenses guidelines
  • We didn’t receive supporting evidence from you to back up the claim
  • The receipt we received was invalid
