I’ve shopped online – what happens next?

Within 14 days of making your purchase, you’ll receive an email telling you that your cashback has been tracked. It’ll then appear in your Wallet as tracked cashback. If you don’t get this email and the cashback hasn’t tracked in your Wallet, let us know and we’ll investigate.

Within the next 90 days, you’ll receive another email with an update. Your cashback will either have been confirmed or occasionally, declined.

As soon as you have at least £5 available to withdraw in your Wallet, you can have this paid straight into your bank account or PayPal account.
