Why do you want to know my title?
When you join Key Portfolio, we ask you to confirm if you’re a Mrs, Mr, Ms, or something else. This isn’t a mandatory question, but we ask it for two reasons:
- We need to tell HMRC about all new employees and report details of your earnings to them on a regular basis. One piece of information that they ask for when we do this is your title, if we know it.
- When we enrol you into a NEST pension, they require us to confirm your title. NEST is the workplace pension that was set up by the government.
If you share your title with us, we might use it to address you in any correspondence that we send to you.
