Hopefully, that won’t happen, but we can’t guarantee it. In the event that you don’t receive a gift, we want to know about it. We’ll send out a feedback survey which you can use to report a missing gift.
When you do, we’ll contact your Secret Santa to find out what’s happened. Hopefully, there’s a simple explanation, like your gift has been delayed in the Christmas post or your Secret Santa was unable to send it on time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please do remember that we can’t guarantee you’ll receive a gift and unfortunately, there’s a possibility your Secret Santa may have changed their mind.
