FAQs

What is the employer pension contribution?

The employer pension contribution is 3% of your pensionable earnings between £6,240 and £50,270 p/a. This contribution forms part of the employer’s outgoings that you’ll see on your pay advice slips.

These contributions, as well as employee contributions, are included in the daily or hourly rate agreed with your agency for your assignments. We recommend learning more about how your take-home pay is calculated and how these contributions fit into it.

These figures are correct for the 2024/25 tax year.
