Why are you organising a Secret Santa for contractors?
Secret Santa is a fun workplace tradition that contractors often miss out on, all because they don’t have a workplace to call their own. However, as part of the Key Portfolio community, one thing they’re not short of is workmates (even if they’re technically strangers). We thought it’d be fun to bring the Secret Santa concept to contractors – organised online with gifts sent through the post. It’s our way of helping to spread a little Christmas cheer and build connections between colleagues.
