What happens to my cashback if I leave Key Portfolio?
When you leave Key Portfolio, your perks account will be closed automatically. But don’t worry, you won’t lose all the cashback you’ve earned. Shortly after we send your P45, we’ll send you an email which explains how to claim any outstanding cashback in your account.
And your cashback doesn’t expire, so if you rejoin Key Portfolio later, it’ll still be there.
