What is an expense balance?
Your expense balance is the amount of expenses that have been claimed and approved, but we haven’t been able to process yet. It exists because there’s a limit to the expenses we can process with any one payment.
Additionally, if you submitted a claim that missed the deadline, we’ll hold it in your balance until your next payment.
