What is my Key ID?
Your Key ID is your unique number that we use to process your payroll and manage your account. It’s a good idea to have it handy whenever you contact us, as it helps us to deal with your query efficiently.
You can find your Key ID in a few different places:
- Your online account
- Your pay advice slips
- The welcome email we sent you
- Most other correspondence from Key
