Secret Santa 2019 photo competition
When you unwrap your gift from your Secret Santa, take a snap or two and send them our way. We’re giving away a £50 Amazon gift card to the person who takes our favourite photo or video and either sends it to us via our feedback form or shares it on Twitter or Instagram using #MerryChristmasContractors.
Maybe you’ll send a pic of your gift sitting cosily under the tree, a video of you unwrapping it, or a photo of you using it – it’s up to you, get creative! Here are the full terms and conditions:
- The competition runs from Monday 23rd December 2019 until 11:59pm on Sunday 12th January 2020 (the ‘Closing Date’)
- The competition is open only to KPPES Ltd. employees who are taking part in the Key Portfolio Secret Santa 2019 gift exchange
- There will be one winner
- The winner will receive a £50 Amazon gift card
- To enter, participants must share with us a video, photo (or several photos) of the gift they received from their Secret Santa
- To be considered, photos and videos must either be sent in a tweet to @keyportfolio using #MerryChristmasContractors, sent in an email to portfolio@key.co.com or attached to the thank you/feedback form we’ll email to all Secret Santa participants throughout December
- You can enter as many times as you like – multiple entries will be accepted. However, you can only win once.
- All entries received by the Closing Date will be reviewed by a panel of judges, who will select their favourite entry. The panel includes an independent judge, whose name is available on request. There are no specific criteria used to judge entries. For example, the winning entry could be the funniest, the most relatable, creative or the most heartwarming.
- The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the Closing Date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time email, phone or Twitter (where these details are known to us). If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of us first contacting them, we reserve the right to select another winner from the entries that were received before the Closing Date.
- The prize will be dispatched to the winner’s UK address within 28 days of the Closing Date, assuming we’ve been able to contact you during this time. If you disclose a postal address solely for the purpose of winning this competition, we will delete it from our systems within 28 days of dispatching your prize.
- We may publish entries and the winner’s name on our website, social media accounts and marketing materials. ‘How to be a superhero supply teacher’ book giveaway – November 2018
We’re running a competition giving supply teachers a chance to win our ‘How to be a superhero supply teacher’ book, full of tips and strategies to help them in their job. These are the terms and conditions:

Wall planner giveaway – August 2018
We’ve got three A1-sized Key Portfolio wall planners for the 2018/19 academic year to give away. These are the terms and conditions:
- The competition runs from Tuesday 28th August until 3pm on Friday 31st August 2018
- The competition is open to employees of KPPES Ltd. only
- There will be three winners
- Each winner will receive an A1-sized Key Portfolio wall planner
- To enter, participants must enter their email address on the entry form
- To be considered a valid entry, the entrant must provide the email address that we have on record for them
- Only one entry will be accepted per person
- All valid entries received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw. Three winners will be selected at random, using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.

Easter competition – April 2017
We’re running a competition to celebrate the Easter break. These are the terms and conditions:
- The competition runs from Friday 7th April 2017 until 5pm on Tuesday 11th April 2017
- The competition is open to employees of KPPES Ltd. only
- You can only enter once – multiple entries will not be accepted There will be one winner
- The winner will receive a Hotel Chocolat Easter hamper worth £50
- To enter, employees must guess how many Mini Eggs are in the jar (as pictured on Twitter)
- To be considered, answers must either be sent in a tweet which includes ‘@keyportfolio’ or submitted using the official entry form
- The winner will be the participant whose guess is closest to the correct number of Mini Eggs. If more than one participant guesses correctly, the prize will go to the participant who submitted their guess first .
- Winners will be contacted within 14 days of the Closing Date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time using email, Twitter, SMS and phone calls (where these contact details are known to us). If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond, we reserve the right to select another winner from the entries that were received before the Closing Date
