When you work with Key Portfolio, we are at your service. Our team is fully equipped to deal with everyday queries, such as questions about your payments or pension. But they’re also living, breathing experts on all things contracting, providing an in-depth service for the thousands of contractors in the Key Portfolio community.

From the simplest query (‘When will I be paid?’) to sorting out the most complex tax queries and writing mortgage reference letters to lending an ear after a bad day at the office – you can count on us.

There are a few channels we use to deliver our support:

  • Self-service: You can manage your own account online, via an intuitive, friendly secure login area.
  • Communication: We’ll stay in touch via emails, blogs and tweets to keep you updated on matters related to your career, payroll and employment.

We try our best to make working with us as friendly and hassle-free as possible. If there’s ever a time that you feel our service falls short of this standard, you can let us know by following the steps in our complaints procedure. This gives us the opportunity to put things right, and learn from what’s happened. Remember, you should use our grievance procedure if you have a concern, problem or complaint relating to your employment.
