If you’ve bought your discounted cinema tickets on Portfolio Perks and have received an email containing your codes, you then need to exchange the codes for tickets to a film of your choice. There are a few ways you can do this:

1. Print out your codes or write them down and show them to staff at the box office
2. Save your codes to your smartphone, and show them to staff at the box office
3. If your tickets are for Cineworld or ODEON, you can book a film online via the cinema’s website (a booking fee may apply)

If you misplace the email containing your cinema codes, don’t worry. You’ll find any that you’ve purchased under the Cinema section of the Portfolio Perks app.
