Employees

If you’re a Key Portfolio employee but don’t want to receive any more emails about your payroll or employment, please contact us. You can use the ‘unsubscribe’ link on the bottom of most emails we send you, but this won’t stop all emails.

If you’ve signed up for pay day alerts by text message, you can stop them by changing your SMS notification settings in your account.

You are free to reply STOP to any other text message that we send you, and we won’t send any more.

Enquirers

If you enquire about our services but then change your mind about speaking to us, we’ll keep trying to reach you for a short time, just to make sure you’ve got everything you need from us.

The best way to put a complete stop to this is to email us and say that you are no longer interested – that’s all it will take. Even if you don’t, our communication will stop naturally after a little while anyway (we promise we won’t keep bothering you if we don’t hear back).

But if you don’t want to contact us or wait it out, you can opt out of each type of communication individually. Do keep in mind, though, that this won’t always be as effective as just telling us that you’re not interested. Here’s how:

• You can stop our emails using the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of each one. However, this might not stop all emails.

• You are free to reply STOP to any text message that we send you, and we won’t send any more.

• We won’t phone you again if you ask us not to – please contact us to make your wishes clear.

Subscribers

If you joined either our ‘supply teacher life’ or ‘world of contracting’ mailing lists, but you’re no longer finding them useful, click the ‘update preferences’ link on the bottom of every email we send you. From there, you can control whether we can use your email address to send you messages via email and online ads. We’ll always respect your wishes.

Recruiters

We’ll sometimes send you emails about resources, offers or news that we think will help you out. You can stop these emails using the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of each one. However, this won’t stop emails that are specifically related to your candidates or our working relationship with your business.
